1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SecretaryBot.net ("the Website") and our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SecretaryBot.net provides:

  • Standalone AI Secretary Software: Downloadable automation templates (Telegram AI Secretary, WhatsApp AI Secretary) that run locally on your Windows PC or VPS inside the ZennoPoster/ZennoBox platform.
  • Turnkey AI Implementation: Custom agency services including prompt engineering, RAG knowledge base setup, server deployment, CRM integration, and ongoing optimization (starting from $990/month).

3. Software License

Our standalone software templates are provided under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software to third parties
  • Use the software for illegal activities or in violation of messenger platform terms of service
  • Share license keys, activation codes, or authenticated sessions with others

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid license. Trial access may be revoked at any time at our discretion.

5. Turnkey Service Terms

Turnkey AI Implementation engagements are governed by individual service agreements. General terms include:

  • Project scope and deliverables are defined during the consultation phase
  • Monthly pricing depends on project complexity and is agreed upon before work begins
  • Service cancellation requires 30 days written notice
  • Custom integrations and prompt configurations are proprietary to the client's project

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

Our software connects to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LM Studio) using your own API keys. You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with the terms of service of each API provider
  • Any costs incurred through API usage
  • Safeguarding your API keys and access credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

Our software and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Account restrictions or bans imposed by Telegram, WhatsApp, or other platforms
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from software usage
  • Interruptions caused by third-party service outages (API providers, hosting, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including design, code, text, and graphics, is the property of SecretaryBot.net and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom AI configurations created under Turnkey Service belong to the client upon full payment.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
